REGISTERED NURSE (RN), INPATIENT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, FULL TIME & PART TIME, DAY & EVENING SHIFTS: $43.99 to $57.68 HOURLY TaraVista - a behavioral health provider located in Devens, Massachusetts, delivering compassionate psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment. We provide direct care and support to our patients and their families within a safe, therapeutic environment grounded in our core principles. About the Role: As a Registered Nurse (RN) for TaraVista in Devens, Massachusetts, you'll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. A Registered Nurse (RN) is an integral part of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide direct care and support not only to our patients but also their families and make decisions that impact the lives of your peers, your patients, and your community. In exchange, we will care for you, as much as you care for our patients. Full time (32 hours) and part time (24 hours) positions are available across day and evening shifts, with weekend and holiday rotation required. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as an active participant in the health care team providing direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians - Assess patients' physical and psychological condition on an ongoing basis throughout the continuum of care - Utilize the components of the nursing process in accordance with the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of TaraVista Behavioral Health Center - Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in our core values - Work collaboratively as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team - Contribute to each patient's treatment plan by helping develop, implement, and document appropriate goals and interventions, informed by patient strengths and presenting psychiatric problems Qualifications: - Valid RN license in Massachusetts, BSN preferred - Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment modalities - Understanding of the Trauma-Informed Recovery model of care - Valid CPR certification - Previous experience preferred in psychiatric or substance use disorder inpatient care, restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention - Crisis management and time management skills; flexibility, creativity, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to manage stressful situations in a calm, organized, and professional manner Compensation: - Hourly pay range: $43.99 to $57.68 *Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience.
