Proposal Operations Coordinator

Join the Proposal Development Center as a Proposal Operations Coordinator. Support print production, equipment, assets and project delivery. Hybrid role with onsite presence most days during peak season, partnering across teams to deliver materials.

Bring print production and file prep experience, including Xerox Iridesse, Fiery RIP, finishing, inventory and quality control. Use Microsoft 365 and Adobe tools to manage projects, operate equipment, track supplies and improve processes.

In this dynamic, client-focused role, you’ll lead the seamless execution of sales projects, ensuring that every deliverable meets the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and impact. You’ll collaborate across teams, drive tailored communications solutions, and help shape strategies that elevate client success and fuel business growth.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $27.05 per hour - $35.01 per hour
