Pick/Pack Workers

Kelly Services is seeking dependable and motivated Pick/Pack Warehouse Associates to work at the distribution center of a well-established, locally headquartered retail pharmacy and consumer products company. No previous warehouse experience required!

$18.00 Per Hour

7:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday

Consistent, scheduled hours—multiple positions available in multiple departments!

Key Responsibilities:

• Move cartons onto pallets or into pallet rack locations

• Perform order picking and packing to fulfill customer and store orders

• Safely lift items ranging from 10–50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift

• Follow voice picking system instructions or use computerized scanning equipment (RF scanners)

• Receive, replenish, and stock various warehouse items

• May require certification/training to operate powered equipment: forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and powered pallet jacks

• Follow all safety protocols in a drug-free workplace

• Be a team player, willing to assist across departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to repeatedly move and lift 10–50 lbs.

• Basic math skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Previous RF Scanner or tow motor experience is a plus, but not required

• Must be reliable, with a strong work ethic

• Willingness to complete company-provided training on powered industrial equipment
