Full job description

Location: San Francisco, CA Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: In-person 5 days a week at our SF office

About Flai AI has transformed B2B SaaS, but has struggled to penetrate the real-world industries that shape our lives. Flai is building the leading AI-native communications platform for car dealerships.

A $1.3 trillion industry, auto dealerships sell 96% of the 16 million new cars sold each year. Yet they universally run on outdated systems and manual processes, which is why dealerships spend $36B each year on operations. That's our opportunity.

We launched our first voice AI product a year ago. Since then, we have deployed multiple products across hundreds of dealerships across the U.S. We've partnered with the 2nd largest automaker in the country and many of the leading dealership groups. We've raised funding from leading VCs including First Round Capital, Toyota Ventures, Y Combinator, Innovation Endeavors, SV Angel, and Liquid 2.

We've grown insanely quickly with a small, scrappy team and continue to move at that pace.

The Opportunity Our revenue engine is moving fast, and it needs someone to make sure it runs like a machine. You'll own the tools, data, and processes behind our sales and customer teams, from the first lead to a happy, correctly billed customer.

There are a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes. You'll bring order to them so the team can sell faster and leadership can trust every number.

If clean systems make you happy and you love being the reason a fast team gets even faster, you'll fit right in. Who You Are

  • You're a Systems Thinker: You see how sales, CS, and finance fit together and build processes that work for all of them.

  • You're Detail-Obsessed: Messy data bugs you, so you fix it before it becomes a problem.

  • You Automate Everything: If you've done it twice by hand, you're already building the fix.

  • You're Analytical: You're at home in spreadsheets and reports and turn data into clear answers.

  • You Own It: Our revenue systems feel like yours.

  • You're a Great Partner: You know what reps and CSMs need and build tools they want to use.

  • You're AI-Native: You're always hunting for a smarter way to work.

What You'll Do

  • Own our CRM: Make it the single source of truth for sales and customer data, from configuration and workflows to data hygiene and helping the team get the most out of it.

  • Route every lead right: Build lead routing that gets every opportunity to the right rep, fast.

  • Give leadership a clear view: Build the pipeline and revenue reporting the founders and sales team rely on to make big calls.

  • Pay reps right: Own commission tracking so reps get paid accurately and on time, every time.

  • Turn deals into accurate billing: Make sure every signed agreement flows cleanly into invoicing.

  • Kill manual work: Hunt down repetitive processes and automate them so the team can spend its time on customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role at a B2B company

  • Deep hands-on experience administering HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Experience with billing and commission tracking

  • To move as quickly as we do, we work in person in San Francisco 5 days a week

Nice to Have

  • Experience with billing tools like Stripe

  • Experience building RevOps from the ground up at an early-stage startup

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity

  • Medical, dental, and vision

  • Flexible PTO

  • Paid lunch every day

  • A small, high-caliber team where your work has real impact from day one
