Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Shadai Home Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Home Health or Private Duty cases. This office services our adult, child, and geriatric clients on a per visit basis within a 25 mile radius of the Camp Hill office. SHADAI offers full-time, part-time and per-diem schedules. One year prior home Health experience as a licensed RN is required. Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: 1. Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs 2. Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories 3. Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures 4. Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager 5. Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders 6. Perform client assessments as necessary 7. Case management and coordination 8. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN): 1. A current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania 2. A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. 3. Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required. 4. Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Strong interpersonal skills. 7. Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. 8. Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
