Schedule: Monday-Friday | Core Hours: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota

Duration: 11 week contract

Pay: $33-$36/hour

We are seeking a Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring journey. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on organizational growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while serving as a trusted recruiting partner.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.

  • Developing sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across multiple positions.

  • Proactively identifying candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media platforms, recruiting databases, and direct outreach.

  • Conducting candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, skills, and overall fit.

  • Managing active candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate recruiting records.

  • Keeping candidates engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.

  • Coordinating interviews and facilitating various stages of the selection process.

  • Promoting career opportunities while educating candidates about company culture, benefits, and growth opportunities.

  • Ensuring recruiting activities comply with employment laws, company policies, and hiring procedures.

What Makes You SuccessfulRequired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, customer service, or a related professional role.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and candidate sourcing strategies.

  • Experience supporting multiple requisitions and competing priorities.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.

  • Understanding of employment laws, hiring practices, and recruiting compliance requirements.

  • Proven ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.

This is a Contract position based out of Maplewood, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
