Full job description

Maintenance and repair of the hotels physical structure and components within. Perform and assist in the completion of routine maintenance and the physical structure of hotel. Completion of work orders and radio calls when assigned, in an orderly and efficient manner with an emphasis on resolving guest concerns quickly. Completion of tasks deemed necessary by the Director of Facilities and/or the Engineering Supervisor to ensure up to date Preventive Maintenance. Assist in servicing and maintaining system controls, devices, instruments and various building hardware as instructed by the Director of Facilities and/or the Engineering Supervisor. Comply with all relevant federal, state and local compliance ordinances. Conduct daily inspections of all public areas
