What You'll Own

Design and build AI and ML features that ship to production, including evaluation frameworks and guardrails to ensure accuracy and reliability

Develop and maintain semantic and metrics layers that serve as trusted abstractions over our data models

Build and extend data transformation pipelines using dbt and cloud data warehouse tooling

Develop LLM-powered features, agent workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines

Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data and AI solutions
-
Monitor and improve the performance, quality, and maintainability of AI systems over time
-
Other related duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
-
3+ years in an AI/ML engineering, analytics engineering, or data engineering role, with hands-on AI/ML project experience
-
Strong SQL skills and experience working with a cloud data warehouse, ideally Snowflake
-
Experience building semantic layers, metrics layers, or similar abstractions over data models (e.g., dbt Semantic Layer, Cube, LookML)
-
Proficiency in Python, including experience building with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, or RAG pipelines
-
Experience with dbt or similar transformation tools, and comfort reading and extending dbt models
-
Experience designing AI features that ship to production, including evaluation and guardrails for accuracy

Comfort working with Git for version control and collaborative development
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business and product needs into technical data and AI solutions

Direct experience with the Snowflake MCP server or other Snowflake AI tooling (Cortex, Snowflake Copilot) is a plus

Experience shipping customer-facing AI or ML features inside a Tripleseat is a plus

Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented Tripleseat is a plus
-
Experience with pipeline orchestration tools such as Dagster Tripleseat is a plus
-
Familiarity with AWS or another Tripleseat is a plus
-
Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude to Tripleseat is a plus
-
Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS company or Tripleseat is a plus
This position is open to remote candidates eligible to work in the United States. Week 1 of onboarding is in-person, based out of our Concord, MA office. A hybrid work schedule will be offered if the ideal candidate is based near our Concord, MA office. Additional travel may be required for quarterly in-office visits for meetings, company events, and training.
Salary Range: $150,000 to $180,000 annually
Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skill set, geographic location, and alignment with our internal compensation framework. This role is also eligible for additional benefits and incentives.
