Seeking a Senior AI Engineer II for a full-time opportunity in Phoenix, AZ with a leading digital payments and financial technology organization. This role will focus on building production-grade AI applications utilizing Python, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architecture, agent orchestration frameworks, cloud technologies (AWS/GCP), and backend APIs. The ideal candidate will help deliver both internal and customer-facing AI solutions on an enterprise scale.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Python development experience

• Experience building Agentic AI applications

• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions

• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks

• Customer-facing product experience

• React and/or TypeScript

• Mobile development experience (iOS, Android, Swift, Kotlin)

• Fintech or regulated industry experience

• AI evaluation, monitoring, or observability experience

Daily Responsibilities

• Build and deploy production AI applications

• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows and orchestration solutions

• Develop LLM and RAG-based applications

• Build APIs and backend services supporting AI products

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI capabilities
