  • Contribute to site development and earthwork coordination by monitoring progress, verifying quantities, and supporting field-driven decision making.

Essential Skills

  • Exposure to site development projects involving grading, earthwork, and underground utilities.

  • Hands-on experience with cost tracking, quantity takeoffs, and basic estimating for civil construction projects.

  • Interest in long-term project involvement and continued support of local and regional projects after the initial assignment.

  • Desire to work in an employee-focused environment with opportunities for professional growth, including participation in an ESOP structure that becomes fully vested after three years.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs and priorities in field-driven settings.

Work Environment

This role begins with a field-focused assignment supporting a large data center civil construction project in Oklahoma, requiring openness to travel for approximately the first six months. During this period, you will work closely with field teams in a fast-paced, dirt-based construction environment that includes earthwork, site development, and underground utility activities.
