Available Shifts: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Nights) 7:00am - 7:00pm (Days)

• Assists higher-trained personnel in providing effective care. Delivers exceptional customer service to patients, families, bystanders, and other response agency personnel.
• Supports community service and relationship functions as requested by leadership.
• Maintains a safe and effective work environment by adhering to infection control standards.
• Communicates effectively with healthcare team members and other emergency responders.
• Ensures the ambulance is clean, stocked, and ready for use at all times. Follows established policies, procedures, guidelines, medical protocols, and safety standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to assess, treat, and care for patients to the level of certification
• Ability to maintain a professional and calm presence under the most critical situations
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle in a safe and professional manner
• Ability to determine the nature of patient conditions and assess whether patients have pre-existing medical conditions
• Ability to identify and treat life-threatening conditions within the paramedic's field of practice

Education:

• Associate [Preferred]
• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Work Experience:

• 1+ related work experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Licensed Paramedic (PARA) [Required] •

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] •

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required] •

• Driver's License (DL) [Required]

Pay Range:
