As a Pharmacy Fill Tech you will:
-
Accurately and efficiently fill prescriptions to ensure patient safety and compliance.
-
Deliver exceptional customer service by answering pharmacy phones and promptly assisting colleagues, patients, nurses, physicians, and hospice personnel.
-
Support efficient pharmacy workflow by maintaining high productivity levels and producing error-free work.
-
Maintain a clean and organized environment by keeping countertops and drug bay shelves tidy and orderly.
-
Enter, access, and verify data in the pharmacy system to ensure accuracy and reliability of patient records.

Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to overall pharmacy operations.

Required:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Pharmacy Technician license as required by state

Familiarity with standard pharmacy concepts, practices, and procedures

Ability to operate a computer; recognize and identify medications.

Ability to maintain professional composure in a fast-paced environment

Detail oriented; goal oriented, team player, and strong oral and written communication skills
