The Director, Franchise Intelligence strengthens the South Region’s marketplace intelligence and decision-making through deep expertise in consumer, marketplace, competitive, and execution data. The role develops and clearly frames insights that help franchise teams and bottler partners understand underlying performance drivers, identify execution gaps, and prioritize action through ongoing performance discussions and informed decision-making. As an intelligence capability leader, the Director develops practical tools, coaches teams, and strengthens their ability to source trusted facts and interpret insights.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Lead data expertise: Apply deep expertise in Nielsen syndicated data, consumer panel data, precision-market data, and proprietary Coca-Cola and bottler execution measures, helping teams understand the appropriate uses and limitations of each source.

Translate findings into clear implications and recommended priorities for the accountable franchise and bottler teams.

  • Build team capability: Coach franchise and bottler teams to independently access key facts, ask better questions, interpret data, and use insights confidently in their work.

  • Strengthen tools and access: Develop and improve self-service scorecards, information tools, and source guides that make trusted information easier to find and use.

  • Support business routines: Partner with Finance to strengthen Business Performance Management by bringing marketplace and execution insights into ongoing performance discussions, helping teams assess underlying drivers, execution gaps, and progress against agreed priorities. Contribute relevant intelligence to planning and commercial stewardship routines.

  • Connect insights with market realities: Monitor competitive activity and market conditions, spend time with frontline teams, and support hometown market visits through relevant briefings, coordination, and logistics.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Seven or more years of experience in marketplace intelligence, consumer insights, commercial analytics, sales planning and insights, category management, or a related CPG or beverage role.

  • Deep expertise in Nielsen syndicated data, consumer panel data, and precision-market data, including how to interpret findings and explain their business implications.

  • Deep expertise in proprietary Coca-Cola and bottler execution measures and information sources, with strong understanding of their operating environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear insights and communicate them effectively to business leaders and partners.

  • Experience developing practical information tools and coaching teams to independently source facts, interpret insights, and strengthen decision-making.
