Senior Full-Stack Developer (React/Python)

Job Description

This engineer will help build the initial version of a company-wide AI assessment and learning platform supporting a high-profile strategic initiative. Responsibilities include developing React-based user experiences, building Python APIs and backend services, integrating PostgreSQL databases, and supporting AI and LLM functionality across the application. The engineer will work closely with the Product Owner, Technical Lead, AI initiative team, and future consulting resources to deliver an aggressive pilot on a compressed timeline. Daily activities include designing and developing new features, integrating enterprise systems, supporting AI-powered workflows, participating in architecture discussions, conducting code reviews, and helping establish the long-term technical foundation for future integrations with Workday and other enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate is highly self-directed, communicates effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, and can contribute immediately in a fast-paced product environment.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience

• Strong ReactJS experience with modern front-end component development

• Python development experience building REST APIs and backend services

• Experience developing CRUD-based applications

• PostgreSQL experience, including database integration and data management

• LLM and AI integration experience within enterprise applications

• Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and AI-assisted software engineering workflows

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

• Workday integration experience

• Large Language Model (LLM) integration experience

• Enterprise authentication, IAM, or SSO integration experience
