Dir, Sr. Syndications Arranger

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Lead syndication strategy, structuring, negotiation and execution for club and syndicated transactions. * Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, banks, and other financial partners. * Analyze deal terms, market trends, and investor appetite to optimize syndication outcomes. Educate prospects, clients and internal partners on same. * Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and closing processes with legal, credit, portfolio, operations, and underwriting teams. * Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients regarding syndication opportunities and results, market conditions, and investor themes. * Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing market intelligence to inform future syndication strategies.Valley National Bank is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
