  • Experience working independently and collaborating with product owners, enterprise architects, engineering leaders, and engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and deliver business outcomes.

  • Experience leveraging AI-powered developer tools, including GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development technologies, to enhance developer productivity, improve code quality, and accelerate delivery velocity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or banking technology

  • Experience influencing technical strategy across multiple engineering teams and stakeholder groups

  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives while balancing competing priorities

  • Experience applying cloud-native principles and modern software architecture patterns in enterprise environments
