Full job description

Our client, staffing and talent operations organization is seeking a Client Services Associate to join their team. As a Client Services Associate, you will be part of Client Services supporting Client Services Managers (CSMs). The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced staffing lifecycle.

Job Title: Client Services Associate

Location: Amherst, NY (On-site)

Pay Range: $22-$24/hour

Shift: Days, Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

  • Independently navigate multiple Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to manage candidate workflow, including order maintenance, submission entry, offer management, compliance, and timekeeping resolution.

  • Use TRM reports and dashboards to track key metrics such as submissions, offers, placements, pending starts, and expiring compliance items as assigned.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external partners, ensuring timely communication and accurate follow-through.

  • Upload, process, audit, and maintain client contracting documents in TRM for review and execution by the appropriate parties, including updating required client tabs.

  • Support operational excellence by coordinating deadlines, matching and sending documents, assisting with compliance updates, and helping ensure successful talent placements and assignment management.

What's Needed?

  • Associates Degree and/or 1-2 years equivalent experience preferred (for Senior level, 1-2 years equivalent experience required).

  • Working knowledge of computer and software systems, including Microsoft Office products and internet-based tools.

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized approach with the ability to multi-task and complete work in a timely manner.

  • Strong written communication skills, including proper grammar, spelling, and rules of composition.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and work independently as well as with a team.
