ABOUT SINCH

Sinch's vision is to connect every business with every customer, everywhere in the world. More than 200,000 businesses - including Google, Uber, Paypal , Visa, Tinder, and many others - rely on Sinch's Customer Communications Cloud to power engaging customer experiences through mobile messaging, voice, and email.

Whether you need to verify users or craft omnichannel campaigns, Sinch makes it easy. Our AI-infused Super Network, APIs, and applications ensure you can connect with your customers reliably and securely, at every step of their journey.

At Sinch we "Dream Big", "Win Together", "Keep it simple", and "Make it Happen". These values are our foundation!

Sinch is hiring a digital marketing manager to run inbound demand generation for our voice business. You'll sit on the Sinch Digital team, work full time on voice, and own every inbound program that helps voice buyers find us, trust us and choose us. That covers website and editorial content, SEO and AI search visibility, backlinks and third-party placements, review platforms, and paid search and review ads.

We want an owner, not someone who handles one step in a production line. You'll plan the work, write much of it yourself, and pursue any opportunity that improves how voice ranks and shows up in search and AI answers. You'll work closely with product marketing to complete the buyer journeys on sinch.com, and act as the digital partner for the regional marketing and sales teams selling voice.

What you'll do

Run all inbound demand gen campaigns for voice from end to end, coordinating and creating the content, assets and deliverables each one needs.

Write and own voice content on sinch.com and across editorial channels, including landing pages, blogs, technical guides, FAQs, comparison pages and video scripts.

Work with product marketing to build complete website journeys for voice, including the content hubs that campaigns and organic traffic lead to.

Act on any content opportunity that improves voice rankings and discoverability in SEO and AI search engines like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews.

Plan and run backlink outreach, content collaborations and third-party placements such as industry listicles and comparison content.

Manage voice's presence on G2, Capterra and other review platforms, and advise on G2 ads and paid listings.

Advise on Google Ads for voice with our performance marketing team, from ad copy and landing pages to testing.

Help produce customer stories for voice, from interviews to published case studies.

Turn technical input from product and subject matter experts into clear, human and agentic content that moves voice buyers through their journey.

Write briefs for agencies and internal teams, and review their work for quality, brand voice and campaign fit.

Collaborate with product marketing, ABM, partner, channel and sales enablement teams to keep voice messaging consistent across go-to-market efforts.

Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, progress and results, and recommend next steps based on performance.

What you bring

At least 5 years in B2B digital marketing, covering content, SEO, web and inbound campaigns.

Experience marketing voice or communications services such as SIP trunking , cloud voice, UCaaS , CCaaS or CPaaS . Experience at a carrier or communications provider is a strong plus.

Experience marketing a service rather than a packaged software product.

Strong writing range, with a portfolio that includes technical long-form content, web pages and short copy.

Hands-on SEO experience, including content optimization, link building and outreach, plus a working understanding of how content gets surfaced in AI search.

Experience with review platforms, listicle placements, and paid search or review ads.

Experience building web pages or content hubs in a CMS alongside designers and developers.

Comfort with web and campaign analytics: you can read the data and decide what to change.

Proactive and self-directed, able to own a program across multiple stakeholders and regions.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, Journalism or a related field preferred.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years related experience in B2B tech copywriting, content marketing, or a related role, ideally within B2B tech or SaaS.

Experience strategically positioning products.

Must be a proactive, self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment while being a team player.

A portfolio of writing samples showcasing your ability to write for different formats and audiences.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to translate technical concepts into human-centered language.

Familiarity with basic marketing principles and content creation best practices.

Ideally understand the email market and competitive landscape.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects.

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
