Application Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Supply Chain Solutions application portfolios, aligning with business goals and priorities. Provide leadership and guidance to the Supply Chain Solutions application development teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage new applications/technologies or enhance existing ones. Ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality applications, managing resources, schedules, and budgets effectively. Monitor and evaluate application performance, security, and scalability, implementing enhancements and optimizations as needed. Team Management and Collaboration: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of managers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Collaborate with other IT teams, such as architecture, infrastructure, security, and data management, to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of applications. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, managing contracts and service level agreements effectively. Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and participate in project planning, prioritization, and resource allocation activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders, users, and executive management, to understand their needs and expectations. Travel is required 10% of the time to conferences in the US and/or to Medline India Office in Pune, India to oversee work by teams. Telecommuting is permitted, but applicant must work from the worksite location at least 3 days per week. Position reports to Medlines office at 2375 Waterview Drive, Northbrook, IL 60062. Education and experience requirements: PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or its foreign equivalent, and 5 years of relevant work experience. In addition, experience with the following skills is required: (1) Experience using the following Platforms: Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Fabric, Outsystems Platform, Outsystems AI Mentor Studio, UiPath Studio, StudioX, Orchestrator, Action Center, Integration Service, AI Center, Insights; (2) Experience with Azure Services, including App services, API management, Key Vault, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, Azure Data Lake; (3) Experience with the integration and development of REST APIs, OData, SQL Server, JavaScript, JSON, Dynamics 365, SAP, PI, WS02, APIM, Solace, SharePoint Online, Outlook 365; (4) Experience supporting DevOps and Automation with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Power Platform Build Tools, Solution-based ALM, CI/CD pipelines, Outsystems Lifetime; (5) Experience with data and analytics, including Outsystems Entities, Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI datasets, Data Gateway, Data Synchronization, UiPath Insights, Log Analytics, Power BI Reporting; (6) Experience supporting security and governance in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), DLP Policies, Conditional Access, Application Insights, Audit Logging, SSO (SAML/OAuth2), role-based access control (RBAC), audit logging; and (7) Experience supporting cloud and infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure and AWS, using Agile/Scrum, ITIL, DevOps, Cloud Governance, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Low-Code Platform governance, RPA Governance.
