Remote Fullstack Engineer

Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and self-sufficient Software Developer to support a variety of application development initiatives. This role will contribute to both front-end and back-end development efforts, helping build new screens, enhance existing applications, and develop integrations that support reporting and data management requirements. The developer will work alongside a highly technical team, including a Staff Engineer who will provide guidance and technical oversight, while operating independently to deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain application features to support business and reporting requirements. Build and enhance user-facing screens and interfaces. Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and database integrations. Collaborate with engineering and data teams to support reporting and data mapping initiatives. Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring performance and scalability. Work independently to deliver high-quality software solutions in a remote environment.

Skills and Requirements

Back-End Developer 3-5 years of professional software development experience. Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot. Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services. Working knowledge of Node.js. Experience with database design, data integration, and data mapping. Front-End Developer 3-5 years of professional software development experience. Strong experience building modern web applications using React. Experience developing responsive and user-friendly interfaces. Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Ability to integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and services.
