SUMMARY The 14 Code of Federal Regulations CFR Part 145 Repair Station Receiving Inspector will be responsible for processing incoming material to ensure that all AAR and government standards are met.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Process daily incoming raw material, products, parts, articles, etc. to meet Quality Control requirements as stated in the Repair Station Manual, Quality Control Manual, Repair Station Quality Manual, etc. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Ability to inspect products by various methods visual, measurements, etc. Ability to interpret associated paperwork certifications, C of C s, etc. to verify compliance with Repair Station requirements EDUCATION and or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree GED required. Must have a minimum of 1 year related experience and or training. Aviation experience preferred. FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings preferred. Eligible to obtain FAA Repairman Certificate. Experience in FAR Part 145 Repair Stations preferred. PHYSICAL DEMANDS WORK ENVIRONMENT The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility and be able to meet the physical job demands as described on the Positions Physical Job Demand Assessment. The environmental characteristic for this position is a warehouse setting. Candidates should be able to adapt to a traditional warehouse environment. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and comply with OSHA standards May be required to use hand tools and precision measuring equipment Employees in this position will be included in the Drug and Alcohol Testing Program per FAA Regulations
