As a Consultant at Altman Solon, you will be involved in every aspect of our consulting practice. While a Consultant's specific role will vary from project to project, responsibilities include: * Developing novel, data-driven methodologies and owning execution of solving complex client problems * Building a variety of rigorous quantitative tools leveraging Excel and Tableau to be delivered to (and used by) clients on an on-going basis. This may include: * Market Sizings: Identify, measure, and quantify marketplace issues and opportunities including market size, share, and growth potential for the client's business * Go-to-Market Plans: Identify, develop, and evaluate strategies based on company objectives, market characteristics, customer demographics, economic conditions, and geographic particularities * Financial Analyses: Analyze financial statements and annual reports of the client and competitors to inform financial stability and project the best financial course of action to grow the business * Business Plan Assessments: Create business plans, business cases, and financial models to help the client understand their re
