*Registered Nurses starting pay is 37.50/hr
*Up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

*Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.
- Assesses patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records and clinical data.
- Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, observing outcomes in accordance with nursing standards.
- Demonstrates competency in therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
- Advocates for and protects the health, safety, and rights of each patient.
- Provides patient and family education based on assessment of learning readiness, needs, and ability, and evaluates the effectiveness of teaching.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Organizational skills
- Effective verbal and interpersonal communication
- Proficient in customer relations
- Strong grammar and spelling abilities
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
Education:
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience:
- 1+ year experience preferred nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) [Preferred]
