Financial Services Representative

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a Financial Services Representative (FSR) to join a customer-focused branch team. This position will support the Branch Manager and assist customers with a variety of financial and administrative needs. Schedule MondayFriday | 9:00 AM5:30 PM Last Saturday every other month During tax season: Every other Saturday Responsibilities Answer phones and assist customers with account questions and needs Process customers based on their individual circumstances and available offers Make collection calls and follow up with customers Welcome and assist new walk-in customers Assist with tax service paperwork and processing Support the Branch Manager with daily office operations Problem-solve customer needs and provide helpful solutions Follow company policies and procedures Work as part of a team while being comfortable working independently ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, kind, polite, and personable Able to think independently and problem-solve Reliable and professional Comfortable learning new software and systems Strong attention to detail Leadership skills and interest in career growth Customer service experience is highly valued.
