Full job description
About Copado Copado is the leading DevOps platform for Salesforce, revolutionizing how the world's largest organizations achieve success in their Salesforce deployments. Our mission is to accelerate the Salesforce development lifecycle, support digital transformation, and deliver unparalleled value to our customers. We continuously innovate, ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of Salesforce developers and operations professionals.
About the Role Copado is hiring a Sr. Manager, GTM Enablement to design, build, and operate our end-to-end enablement program. This is a builder's role: you'll own the programs that determine whether the GTM org is ready for what's next, and effective at what it does every day. You'll report into the VP of Global GTM Strategy & Operations, partner closely with People, Product, and GTM teams, and lead a small team responsible for turning enablement from a set of one-off training into a durable system.
The program sits on two pillars: GTM Readiness — getting the org ready for what's next
- Launch readiness for new products, features, and pricing — so reps can sell it on day one
- Messaging and positioning rollout in lockstep with Product and Marketing
- Translating GTM strategy shifts (new segments, motions, territories) into field-ready plans
GTM Effectiveness — making the org better at what it already does
- Coaching programs and manager enablement that compound over time
- A selling methodology and skills curriculum applied consistently, not ad hoc
- Tech-enabled execution — scaling productivity gains with technology
What You'll Do
- Build and operate the enablement program end to end — from needs assessment and curriculum design through rollout, reinforcement, and measurement.
- Lead GTM readiness for every major launch, partnering with Product Marketing and Product to turn new products, messaging, and strategy changes into certifications, playbooks, and launch plans the field can execute immediately.
- Own the sales methodology and coaching framework, equipping front-line managers to coach consistently against it rather than running enablement as a series of disconnected trainings.
- Define and govern the GTM technology stack, owning adoption, workflow design, and return on the tools reps rely on daily.
- Define the metrics that prove the program works — ramp time, certification completion, methodology adoption, win rate, and quota attainment — and report on them to GTM leadership.
- Hire, lead, and develop a small enablement team, setting their priorities and growing them as the function scales.
- Own new-hire onboarding and certification for sales and customer-facing roles, shortening time-to-productivity.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps so enablement programs reflect — and reinforce — GTM strategy rather than running in parallel to it.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales management, and/or go-to-market strategy
- Demonstrated success building or scaling an enablement function inside a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company
- Working knowledge of sales methodologies and coaching frameworks, and the judgment to adapt them to a real sales org rather than apply them by the book
- Experience operating an enablement or sales-productivity tech stack (e.g., content/LMS platforms, conversation intelligence, coaching tools, CRM)
- People leadership experience, with the ability to set direction for a small team and grow their careers
- A track record of tying enablement work to pipeline, win-rate, or productivity outcomes — not just training completion
Preferred
- 5+ years of direct, quota-carrying sales experience — you've carried the number the program is meant to move
- Experience in a company selling into Salesforce or enterprise DevOps/IT ecosystems
Benefits Copado offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) Plan
- Paid Time Off
- Wellness Perks
