  • Coordinate and manage data requests, including intake, prioritization, progress tracking, stakeholder communication, and resolution.

  • Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of data products, including Databooks, Datamarts, and reports, while maintaining and prioritizing product enhancement backlogs.

  • Develop and maintain current subject matter expertise in assigned programs, policies, business processes, and reporting needs to provide guidance and support to business and technical stakeholders.

  • Conduct program and policy research, analyze stakeholder feedback, and identify opportunities to improve data accessibility, reporting capabilities, business processes, and operational efficiencies.

  • Support data governance activities, including business rules, data quality, data ownership, access requirements, and data sharing considerations, as applicable.

About You:

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, client relationship management, healthcare operations, data coordination, or a related field.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse business and technical stakeholders.

  • Experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, and validating business requirements and use cases.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and competing deadlines.

  • Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience facilitating meetings, coordinating cross-functional activities, and tracking action items through completion.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute effectively to cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Familiarity with product enhancement backlogs, request intake processes, prioritization, and product lifecycle activities.

  • Knowledge of data governance concepts, including data quality, data stewardship, data access, and data-sharing requirements.

  • Experience supporting business process improvements, strategic planning, or organizational change initiatives.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product management practices, or business analysis frameworks.
