POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Commerce Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution and operational health of Tatte's digital commerce experience across web, app, and other digital touchpoints. This hands-on role coordinates releases, quality assurance, content workflows, issue resolution, and performance monitoring. Working across Digital, Product, Technology, Brand, Creative, Operations, Finance, and external partners, the Coordinator turns digital priorities into accurate, timely, and reliable customer experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digital Product and Release Execution - 35%

Maintain sprint boards, content calendars, and release tracking; keep priorities, dependencies, decisions, and blockers visible.

Coordinate quality assurance, user acceptance testing, bug tracking, and retesting across internal and agency partners.

Monitor sprint and release progress, escalate roadblocks early, and follow issues through resolution.

Validate that digital experiences meet documented requirements and are ready before launch.

Maintain release checklists, decision logs, and launch documentation to strengthen accountability and continuity.
- Digital Operations and Content Management - 30%
-
Manage the digital content calendar and coordinate briefs, assets, approvals, and publishing across web, app, and other platforms.

Keep content management system workflows accurate and current; support menu, merchandising, promotional, and seasonal updates.

Complete detailed pre- and post-launch checks for content accuracy, links, pricing, imagery, dates, and customer experience.

Coordinate urgent digital updates and communicate status, ownership, and resolution to stakeholders.
- Measurement and Digital Health - 20%

Maintain GA4 dashboards and monitor key digital health metrics; alert the team to meaningful changes or anomalies.

Partner with Digital managers and development teams to investigate performance issues and support root-cause analysis.

Track the impact of launches, changes, and tests to identify what is working and where optimization is needed.

Build a strong working understanding of Tatte's digital customer journey and its leading health indicators.
- Continuous Improvement and Risk Management - 15%

Identify gaps or friction in digital processes and recommend practical solutions.

Build repeatable playbooks for launches, content updates, quality assurance, and incident resolution.

Support accessibility, privacy, security, and brand-standard checks within digital release and content workflows.

Document recurring issues and lessons learned to reduce repeat defects and improve execution speed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
-
1-3 years of experience in digital commerce, project coordination, marketing operations, product operations, or a related field.

Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy.

Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
-
Proactive, solutions-oriented approach and comfort working through ambiguity and changing priorities.
-
Comfort with data and digital performance metrics and curiosity about what the numbers indicate.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
-
Experience with GA4, Monday.com, Airtable, Jira, content management systems, or comparable tools is preferred.

Experience coordinating website or app releases, quality assurance, or content production is preferred.
-
Experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, or another high-frequency consumer business is preferred.
SUCCESS MEASURES

Digital releases and content updates launch accurately, on schedule, and with clear ownership and documentation.

Sprint progress, dependencies, risks, and outstanding issues are visible and escalated promptly.

Quality assurance becomes more consistent and preventable defects decline.

Digital performance anomalies are identified early and routed to the appropriate owner.
-
Repeatable workflows improve the speed, reliability, and scalability of digital commerce execution.
