Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate process effectiveness and execute quality assurance reviews to assess adherence to established policies, procedures, standards, and risk management expectations.

  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of quality assurance methodologies, scorecards, sampling approaches, procedures, and documentation standards.

  • Prepare clear reports, presentations, dashboards, and analytics that communicate quality outcomes, risk themes, control observations, and potential impacts.

  • Document observations, conclusions, recommendations, and supporting evidence in accordance with established standards.

  • Monitor remediation activities and evaluate whether corrective actions appropriately address identified issues and strengthen the overall control environment.

  • Use data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve review efficiency, reporting accuracy, risk identification, and quality assurance coverage.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual activities through workflow optimization, automation, and technology-enabled solutions, consistent with applicable governance, privacy, and control requirements.

  • Support enhancements to QA sampling, reporting, and management insights through data-driven and technology-enabled approaches.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Risk Management, Credit Analysis, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Audit, Credit Risk, Governance, Controls, Change Management, or a related function.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, risk management, or a related discipline.

  • Knowledge of risk management, governance, process and control assessment, quality assurance, and issue remediation practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful quality trends, risks, root causes, and control issues.

  • Ability to interpret and consistently apply policies, procedures, and risk management standards and to formulate objective, evidence-based views.

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex observations clearly, influence partners, and provide constructive challenge.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze information and prepare clear, decision-useful reporting.
