IP Litigation Associate

JOB REQUIREMENTS: IP Litigation Associate - Milwaukee, Chicago or Boston Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a junior level associate with 3-4 years of IP Litigation experience to join our pre-eminent, national IP Litigation Practice Group in our Milwaukee, Chicago, or Boston office. Qualified candidate must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science and will possess significant experience through all phases of patent litigation, ideally in matters involving software, medical devices, and/or computer hardware. Excellent academic credentials, research, writing, and communication skills are required. Clerkship experience preferred but not essential. Experience handling either PTAB proceedings or trademark, copyright and advertising cases is a plus. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the bar of the state in which the candidate is admitted to practice.
