Supply Chain IT Financial Reporting & Power BI Analyst Overview / Summary
We are seeking a Supply Chain IT Financial Reporting & Power BI Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, data analysis, and process automation. This role will focus primarily on developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards and Power Automate processes while working with financial data, forecasts, actuals, and reporting. The position will also support data collection, analysis, and presentation for senior leadership and other business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Manage forecasts and actuals for Purchase Orders and financial reporting.

Continue development of existing Power BI dashboards and develop new dashboards.

Develop and integrate Power Automate processes to automate manual procedures.

Communicate with supervisors to gather headcount and financial plans when needed.

Partner with team members to consolidate data for senior leadership.

Present data clearly using graphics and storytelling techniques when appropriate.

Gather actual financial spending each month and enter future financial forecasts.

Provide support for monthly Purchase Order forecasts and actual payments when other financial analysts are unavailable.

Partner with team members to support requests from Finance and the IT Business Office.

Analyze Excel-based data and use AI and PowerPoint to communicate conclusions creatively and clearly.

Work accurately and comfortably with financial data and related reporting requirements.
Required Qualifications
-
Associate Degree.
-
2+ years of experience developing Power BI and Power Automate dashboards and processes.
-
3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Experience with financial reporting.

Experience with Microsoft Excel.
-
Ability to work with financial data with a high level of accuracy and precision.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree.
-
2+ years of Accounting or IT Analysis experience.
-
3+ years of experience leveraging Excel for data analysis.

Financial reporting experience.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid position with 4 days per week onsite.
