The specialist will manage complex taskers, executive correspondence, briefings, read-ahead materials, access coordination, dissemination, and mission-support requirements while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full range of intelligence and administrative support provided to analysts, engineers, scientists, operational personnel, and senior leaders.

  • Review and quality-control documents for accuracy, completeness, coordination, formatting, and compliance with DIA standards.

  • Manage complex RFIs, task actions, reports, briefings, and formal or informal taskers; resolve obstacles and ensure suspense dates are met.

  • Prepare and review executive correspondence in accordance with the DIA Correspondence Manual.

  • Develop read-ahead books and senior-level meeting materials; coordinate guest access and official-function support with security personnel.

  • Oversee approved cross-domain data transfers and intelligence dissemination support.

  • Manage or oversee tracking for military awards and evaluations, property accountability, logistics, space, facilities, and IT requirements.

  • Coordinate across DO HQ, FLS, CIO, security, and other mission-support providers and provide leadership with accurate status reporting.

  • Establish efficient tracking processes, provide quality control, and mentor less-experienced specialists.

Qualifications

  • Senior-level experience providing intelligence management, executive support, program coordination, or mission support in a DoD or Intelligence Community environment.

  • Active TTS/SCI CI Poly clearance

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex task-management and executive-correspondence workflows.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools.

  • Ability to work with minimal oversight, exercise sound judgment, and communicate effectively with senior Government stakeholders.

  • Work is performed in support of DIA Directorate for Operations mission requirements and may involve classified systems and information.

  • Must comply with applicable DoD, DIA, Intelligence Community, security, records-management, and information-handling requirements.

  • Must be able to work independently in a high-tempo operational environment, manage competing priorities, and meet Government-directed timelines.

  • Must communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing, and produce accurate, properly formatted deliverables.

  • May be required to attend Government-approved functional training, workshops, meetings, or conferences and to perform other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Detailed knowledge of DIA correspondence, records, security, access, dissemination, and cross-domain procedures.

  • Experience overseeing property, logistics, facilities, space, military awards, evaluations, or IT support.

  • Experience improving workflow, tracking, and quality-control processes and mentoring staff.
