I’m working on a newly created opportunity with a $15+B global investment firm known for its mission-driven approach to investing across venture capital, private markets, and sustainable technologies.

This is an opportunity to join a stable, collaborative team, learn directly from experienced investment operations professionals, and gain exposure to the mechanics behind private investments—from capital calls and subscriptions to funding coordination and transaction execution.

They're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, tech-forward, and excited to improve how investment operations work.

💡 What You'll Do

• Support private investment and venture capital workflows, including subscriptions, capital calls, redemptions, and investment maintenance

• Coordinate investment documentation, onboarding materials, and operational records

• Assist with funding coordination, wire preparation, and cash movement tracking

• Work with custodians, fund administrators, external managers, and internal investment teams

• Maintain workflow trackers, calendars, and reporting tools

• Support secondary transactions and other investment-related activities

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and scale operations

Requirements

Who They're Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in fund administration, investment operations, or asset management operations

• Exposure to venture capital, private equity, or other private markets is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office

• Clear communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

• A technology-forward mindset with an interest in automation and process improvement

• Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment
