This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining core business systems, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), while ensuring employees have secure, reliable access to the tools they need to be productive. The ideal candidate will manage user provisioning, onboarding and offboarding, endpoint support, office network infrastructure, hardware asset management, and vendor coordination. Additionally, this individual will support cloud operations, troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software, and connectivity, assist with IT security initiatives, and help drive infrastructure improvements, system upgrades, and business continuity efforts. This position is best suited for someone with strong systems administration experience who enjoys balancing technical problem-solving, end-user support, and operational ownership in a collaborative environment. This role is onsite 4x week and will pay $80,000/yr.

  • Solid understanding of the Google Cloud Platform, IAM, resource monitoring and infrastructure.

  • Solid understanding of office networking fundamentals, including Wi-Fi, VLANs, VPN, and DNS basics.

  • Experience with endpoint management across macOS and Windows environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support non-technical employees patiently and clearly.

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with experience maintaining IT documentation and asset records.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, or Azure at an operational or support level.

  • Familiarity with the Jira/Atlassian ecosystem, including basic administration.

  • Exposure to cybersecurity concepts such as endpoint protection, MFA enforcement, and phishing awareness programs.

  • Experience in a digital marketing, ad tech, or comparable technology-driven environment.

  • Familiarity with DNS management platforms such as Cloudflare is a plus.
