You'll also partner across the organization to deepen relationships and help grow the branch. 1. Build relationships with new and existing customers through service and proactive outreach 2. Identify customer needs and recommend deposit, lending, and other financial solutions 3. Process teller and platform transactions accurately and efficiently 4. Collaborate with Univest partners to create a seamless customer experience 5. Support branch goals, compliance standards, and day-to-day operations ## Qualifications ## What you bring 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Experience in retail sales, banking, or a customer-facing environment 3. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills 4. A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to balance service and sales priorities 5. Comfort using technology and Microsoft Office tools 6.
