About you…

  • High School or equivalent

  • 1-3 years of retail management.

  • Make sure you understand Shoe Palace is full of opportunities and changes

  • You have the people skills to grow your team

  • A desire to work hard and be successful

  • Computer savvy

  • Honesty and loyalty, we have a strong team so we need someone even stronger to lead it

It would be great but not completely necessary to have…

  • Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

  • Experience working with a growing company

Compensation: Store Manager pay range: $24.25 - $24.50 per hour
