Through a single integration, agents can discover new capabilities, access services instantly, and pay for them seamlessly. Founded by a team that built at the intersection of payments, APIs, infrastructure, and AI at Coinbase, Vercel, Google, and Amazon Robotics. We've raised a $4.3 million seed round, led by Pantera Capital and backed by Y Combinator, Pioneer Fund, Decasonic, Blast, Outbound, Surreal by Premise, and other strategic investors. The Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Go-to-Market Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in accelerating revenue growth beyond the “0-to-1 phase”, executing various campaigns to drive demand, and finding ways to optimize across our entire sales and marketing funnel. You’d be perfect for this role if you are a trained generalist looking to build depth and expertise in growth, or a proven “growth hacker” looking for more latitude. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, curious, scrappy, ambitious, and able to thrive under ambiguity. What You'll do

  • GTM Strategy: Collaborate closely with our Founders to develop, implement, and refine GTM strategies to hit our revenue targets

  • Demand Generation: Build multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation

  • Experimentation (“Growth Hack”): Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize each stage of the GTM funnel and improve conversion rates. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement in the Sales and Marketing funnel and take action to address them

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and optimize go-to-market and demand generation plans

  • Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the performance of go-to-market and demand generation initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and ensure continuous improvement

  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion. Coordinate with various teams to meet deadlines and achieve goals

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM, demand generation, strategy & operations, or management consulting

  • Background in startups or fast-paced product environment

  • Knowledge of go-to-market best practices, demand generation tactics, and current market trends

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns

  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and lead generation techniques

  • Adept at quickly learning and adopting new technologies (e.g., sales and marketing automation tools and platforms)

  • Bias toward ownership, curiosity, and delivering simple solutions to complex problems

  • Based in SF or willing to relocate

  • Value autonomy over process

Benefits

  • Generous equity grant vested over 4 years

  • Flexible work schedule and open vacation policy

  • Access to medical, dental, and vision plans

  • Wellness and commute stipends

  • All the tools you need (laptop, monitor, etc.)

Interview Process:

  • Intro conversation with our recruiting team

  • Conversation with a Co-Founder

  • Behavioral interview

  • Work trial / Onsite
