  • Build trust through responsiveness, clear communication, and exceptional follow-through.

  • Support sales, solution engineering, and delivery teams with deep technical insights and mentorship.

Advance Technology Excellence

  • Gather, track, and update technical data, tools, resources, and best practices.

  • Translate complex technical challenges into practical, scalable solutions for customers.

  • Communicate advanced concepts clearly to audiences at all levels — including large groups or executive stakeholders.

Adapt & Contribute

  • Support additional technical tasks as needed to ensure project and customer success.

What Helps You Succeed

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • A strong ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.

  • Analytical thinking and the curiosity to research and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Strong project management skills — from planning through execution.

  • A highly organized, detail-oriented mindset with strong prioritization skills.

  • Relationship building skills and a  customer  first approach.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

  • A valid driver’s license/passport and flexibility to work overtime when needed.

  • Ability to travel 0–25% depending on project needs.

P referred professional certifications

  • OSHA-30 Hour certification (if not certified at time of hire, certifications must be obtained within first six (6) months of employment)
