Description

We’re Hiring: Admissions Coordinator! Are you a people person who enjoys building relationships, helping families, and making a difference during important transitions in someone’s life? The Brothers of Mercy is looking for an Admissions Coordinator to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who loves connecting with people and wants a role that gets them out from behind the desk. You’ll meet with prospective residents and families, visit hospitals and other referral sources, help guide people through the admissions process, conduct tours, and work closely with our team to create a welcoming and smooth transition to The Brothers of Mercy. In this role, you’ll: • Build relationships with residents, families, hospitals, discharge planners and community partners • Meet and screen prospective residents for admission • Help families navigate the admissions process from first conversation through arrival • Conduct tours and showcase everything The Brothers of Mercy has to offer • Coordinate with our clinical and admissions teams to prepare for incoming residents • Represent Brothers of Mercy at community and referral events • Become an important part of a team focused on growing our campus and providing an exceptional experience
