PURPOSE:
Supports the delivery of high-quality service to clients by assisting with day-to-day benefit administration inquiries and issue resolution. This role serves as a foundational position for developing client service skills, benefit knowledge, and internal system proficiency. Works closely with senior team members to ensure a positive client experience while learning to navigate internal processes, tools, and client-specific requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Supports client inquiries by responding to routine service questions related to benefit administration, enrollment, billing, and claims. Uses established procedures and reference materials to provide accurate and timely responses, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.

Assists in documenting and tracking client issues in internal systems. Collaborates with internal partners to ensure timely resolution and follows up to confirm closure, under the guidance of more experienced team members.

Participates in maintaining positive client relationships by supporting communication efforts and preparing materials for client meetings. Provides logistical and administrative support for client onboarding, renewal, and educational activities. Coordinates meeting scheduling, prepares presentation materials, and assists with follow-up communications.

Attends benefit fairs and supports onsite meetings distributing materials, and escalating complex inquiries as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Level: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: 3 years experience in sales, sales support, implementation, benefit administration or customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a sales administration role.

Sales/Customer Support experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

Superior communication skills and knowledge of employee benefits issues necessary to effectively communicate with clients and prospects concerning employee benefit lines of coverage.

Ability to problem solve, strong organizational skills, detailed oriented, responsive and self-motivated, works independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required, basic working knowledge of PowerPoint preferred.

Knowledge of production information, technology and new legislation.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Estimated Travel: 10%
This role will require you to travel to benefit fairs and onsite meetings across the assigned market.
Salary Range: $43,344 - $79,464
