Why This Role Matters As a mid-level Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience you'll play a key role in supporting the firm and shaping projects that make a difference-from concept through completion. You'll collaborate with talented teammates, contribute your expertise, and help us deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions for those we serve. What You'll Do Manage multiple projects within the Madison metro and surrounding areas, ensuring timely and successful completion. Collaborate with other project managers and business development personnel to enhance our client network. Assist with business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and fostering existing client relationships. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring high standards of quality and performance lead design on a variety of DFD/Transportation and site-related projects, including: Roadways and trails, Traffic signals, Utilities and storm sewer design, Site designs and DFD projects Requirements You don't need to check every box to succeed here. Experience in managing projects and a passion for business development Seek to be a design leader in collaboration with a design team Have Four (4) or more years of civil engineering experience Earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or related field Professional Engineering license in the State of Wisconsin is required for this position What will make you stand out Wisconsin DOT standards and procedures Transportation related design DFD Proven track record of successful project management.
