Program Manager II, System Policy

Organization: SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley Position Overview: Responsible for the day-to-day operations and direction of one or more program elements related to Sutter Health System policy management. Ensures the effective coordination of policy lifecycle activities, manages workflow and administration, and executes day-to-day program activities. Understands the program's strategic goals and ensures that program objectives are accomplished within set parameters. Ensures that program activities are well planned, organized, and follow regulatory guidelines. Participates in the development and implementation of department goals and objectives. This is a hybrid role with a minimum onsite requirement of two days per week. Job Description: EDUCATION: Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

• Bachelor's: Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years of recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Ability to build and establish effective working partnership with employees, peers and/or leaders to achieve program objectives.
• Organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on writing.
• Motivated and resourceful self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs, meet deadlines, and solve problems creatively, both independently and in team settings.
• Adaptability to interact with various types of visitors with poise and self-confidence.
• Desire and ability to work independently and autonomously.

Pay Range is $42.41 to $63.62 / hour The posted pay range is based on the position's primary work location. Candidates who reside and work outside of that location may be subject to a different pay range based on their work location. Candidate starting salaries consider multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
