Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Fire And Water Cleanup Technician:

• Respond to emergency fire and water damage calls

• Extract water using pumps, vacuums, and specialized drying equipment

• Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture detection equipment

• Clean and restore structures and contents damaged by fire, smoke, soot, and water

• Remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, insulation, and debris

• Document job progress, moisture readings, and completed work

• Follow safety procedures and company standards

• Load, unload, clean, and maintain restoration equipment and vehicles

• Communicate professionally with customers, insurance representatives, and team members

• Participate in on-call rotations for emergency response services

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Perform water extraction and structural drying services

• Conduct fire and smoke damage cleanup

• Operate restoration equipment and tools safely and effectively

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail

• Provide excellent customer service

• Maintain the physical stamina required to lift and move heavy materials

• Work effectively in a team environment with strong communication skills

• Demonstrate effective time management and problem-solving abilities

• Background check and drug test required
