Managed Services - SAP - Senior Manager

The Opportunity

As a Managed Services - SAP - Senior Manager you will lead SAP consulting services that help clients improve operational efficiency through solution design, implementation, training, and support across SAP applications. As a Senior Manager you will draw on your influence, sound judgment, and strategic view to guide large projects, coach teams through complex challenges, and communicate clearly with stakeholders while maintaining operational excellence and adapting processes as business needs evolve. In this role at PwC, you will sit within our Business Application Consulting practice and use your SAP knowledge to help shape client outcomes, support service delivery, and contribute to a team culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and practical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Leading SAP consulting workstreams for client engagements focused on operational efficiency and business application improvement

• Advising clients on SAP solution design, implementation approach, and support needs across enterprise application environments

• Translating business requirements into functional SAP recommendations that align with process, data, and integration needs

• Directing cross-functional teams through complex implementation activities, issue resolution, and delivery milestones

• Applying systems thinking to identify process gaps, integration dependencies, and opportunities for standardization

• Validating client outcomes, incorporating feedback, and adjusting delivery plans to address changing priorities

• Coaching team members through technical problem solving, delivery planning, and professional development

• Communicating project status, risks, and solution options to client stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner

• Supporting training content and user readiness activities that promote effective adoption of SAP tools and processes

• Modeling professional and technical standards while driving results across multiple client scenarios

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree

• At least 7 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management or Computer Science/Information Systems

• Managing SAP managed services programs across multiple client environments

• Leading client conversations through ambiguity and complex delivery issues

• Applying systems thinking to identify process and technology opportunities

• Coaching teams through change, escalation, and performance improvement

• Translating SAP technical detail into clear business messages

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
