Position Description This integrated executive leadership role is responsible for driving the dual engines of Modine's high-margin, hyper-growth business units: Data Centers Americas Aftermarket and Systems & Controls. The leader in this position will own full strategic and operational responsibility for the lifecycle support of our data center installations (commissioning, maintenance, parts, retrofits, and service agreements) as well as growing the interconnection and system level controls of our products that powers Modine's thermal management platforms. By combining these two business units under a single visionary leader, Modine will bridge physical field services with digital remote monitoring and advanced diagnostics-creating a highly differentiated customer journey.
