The Pfister Hotel is seeking an Assistant Director of Housekeeping to help lead our housekeeping operations, ensuring every guest room and public space reflects the elegance and impeccable standards that have defined Milwaukee's most iconic hotel for generations. What you will be doing * Partner with the Director of Housekeeping to lead daily department operations and ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards. * Analyze operational challenges and recommend solutions that drive efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction. * Assist in managing departmental budgets, inventory controls, labor expenses, and financial performance. * Lead, coach, and support housekeeping associates to achieve departmental goals and service excellence. * Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and employee spaces to ensure compliance with brand and hotel standards. * Oversee staffing needs, scheduling, and daily work assignments. * Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
