Build and load pallets of beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina to keep communities supplied safely, accurately, and on time. What Youll Do * Hand build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, following warehouse instructions and load sheets * Use an electronic order system or order sheets to ensure loading accuracy for outgoing trucks and unloading for incoming trucks * Operate a forklift and/or power pallet jack to move product to picking areas and build pallets/loads as assigned * Wrap and secure pallets/loads when finished to maintain stability for transport * Stage pallets and/or load product into trailers and trucks when ready, including handling returned pallets/plastic flats * Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and turn in paperwork for check before loading * Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper housekeeping standards in your work area Minimum Qualifications * 18 years or older * Position requires you to perform physical labor (with or without accomodation) * Position requires non-traditional shifts and weekend work * Position may require you to use a forklift or become forklift certified What to Expect * On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training * High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift * Health and Lifestyle Benefits: As a full-time team member, youll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long-term career at PepsiCo.
