We are a locally owned, family-run restoration company that has been helping homeowners and businesses recover from unexpected damage since 2015. We specialize in water damage, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, storm damage, and specialty cleaning. No previous restoration experience is required! We are willing to train the right person. If you enjoy hands-on work, working as part of a team, and helping people when they need it most, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. ## Job Responsibilities 1. Assist with water damage mitigation, water extraction, and structural drying. 2. Set up, monitor, and remove restoration equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers. 3. Assist with fire and smoke damage cleaning and restoration. 4. Perform mold remediation and specialty cleaning tasks. 5. Help with demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup as needed. 6. Monitor moisture levels and document job progress. 7. Maintain equipment, vehicles, and work areas. 8. Follow company safety procedures and restoration protocols. 9. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. 10. Assist with emergency restoration projects when needed. ## Qualifications 1. No experience necessary - we will train you! 2. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. 3. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. 4. Ability to perform physical labor, lift and carry equipment, and work in a variety of environments. 5. Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team. 6. Valid driver's license preferred. 7. Previous experience in construction, cleaning, restoration, or general labor is helpful but not required. 8.
