Barclays Services Corp. seeks .Net Developer Analyst in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions).

JOB DUTIES:

  1. Perform end-to-end system engineering across the SDLC, covering requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance for integrated applications.

  2. Develop high quality, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices, coding standards, and reusable components.

  3. Support the full testing lifecycle by designing, executing, and debugging test cases to deliver defect free, production ready solutions.

  4. Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to maintain delivery velocity and team alignment.

  5. Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather, refine, and document technical and functional requirements aligned with business needs.

  6. Analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, document designs, and contribute to effort estimation and delivery planning.

  7. Provide technical support by resolving queries, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring system stability and performance. Address technical queries, manage live incidents, and resolve problems to minimize system impact.

  8. Work closely with operational SMEs to refine requirements and support enhancements to applications and services.

REQUIREMENTS:

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a similar software developer role.

Rate of Pay: $194K to $199K per year.

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any another type of compensation or benefits that may be available. Barclays employees are eligible for a suite of a competitive and generous employee benefits, including medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, and other paid leave for qualifying circumstances. This position is eligible for an incentive award.
