  • Build trusted relationships with hosts across the network and act as a bridge between show teams and senior leadership.

  • Develop and maintain strong external relationships with talent, managers, agents, publicists, PR firms, studios, and networks.

  • Keep internal and external partners informed about new shows, launches, and opportunities across The Ringer network.

Who You Are

  • You have a demonstrated track record of booking high-profile guests and building trusted relationships with talent and their representatives.

  • You are a persuasive and thoughtful communicator who knows how to develop and pitch opportunities to internal and external partners.

  • You use audience insights, performance data, and strong editorial judgment to inform talent and booking decisions.

  • You have experience booking talent for podcasts, digital content, television, film, or related entertainment formats.

  • You have a strong understanding of pop culture and stay curious about emerging talent, conversations, and cultural moments.

  • You bring professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and strong organizational skills to sensitive and fast-moving situations.

  • You are comfortable adapting to changing talent needs and traveling when the role requires it.

Where You'll Be
