Full job description

Our client, a leading commercial real estate and facilities management organization, is seeking a Site Manager to join their team. As a Site Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Operations Department supporting Corporate Workplace and Building Operations Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and exceptional organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Redwood City, CA (with support for Palo Alto locations)

Pay Range: Minimum $32.00/hour - Maximum: Negotiable

What’s the Job?

  • Manage day-to-day site operations while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and contract requirements.

  • Oversee vendors supporting janitorial, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and other critical building systems.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high levels of customer service and operational performance.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, spend reporting, purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor payments.

  • Lead site projects, workplace services, and facility programs while managing and developing team members.

What’s Needed?

  • 2+ years of facilities management, operations, or related experience.

  • 3+ years of experience using CMMS or work order management systems.

  • Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, mechanical, and electrical operations.

  • Experience managing vendors and ensuring compliance with contracts, safety, and insurance requirements.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and client-facing skills.
